Navigating The Argentine Islands

One of the more spectacular locations cruising through Antarctica was just north of the Antarctic Circle. To be honest, there's a lot of amazing spots, so it's really hard to pick my favorite, but seeing all the sea ice is something that just needs to be seen with the naked eye. It's jaw-dropping beautiful.

The staff had to slowly and carefully navigate the zodiacs through all the ice, trying to find a path from the ship to shore, which eventually did happen. Of course, there were plenty of magnificent ice bergs floating about. It's hard to judge the scale of these things in pictures, but let's just say the smaller 'berg in front was probably a good two or three stories tall.
