Departures Board

Looks like my 7:30am flight is on time! I loved this flap display departures board along with the clock above it. Symbolic of much of country's infrastructure - a bit dated, but generally functional. 

This board is housed in the older Soviet-styled Terminal 1 building, which I flew through in 2009. In July 2011, a new International terminal was completed which is a single story glass structure and more modern in comparison. Flying in and out of Pyongyang in 2012, I didn't get to see this board again, but I hope it's still around. It is really part of the charm and character of the DPRK.
