There's a number of things that are fairly constant throughout Africa. Amazing wildlife, poverty, and an abundance of children that always seem to show up when I lift my camera up to my eye. Trying to take some photos of the area, looking for one of the vantage points over the numerous hills, it didn't take long for the children to gather.
It usually starts out the same everywhere. One or two nearby see me and want to be in a photo. A friend notices and rushes over. Then a couple more. They all come running to get in the photo. It's really a wonderful thing when you stop and think about it. This is a world where 'stranger danger' doesn't exist in quite the same way as it does in the US.
